Josiane Lalonde

Josiane Lalonde has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently holding the position of Group Manager for the Franchisee Development Program at Giant Tiger since May 2014, where responsibilities include consulting on training improvements and supporting individual program participants. Previous roles at Giant Tiger encompass Human Resources Business Partner, Claims Advisor, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Associate, with a focus on advising store owners and managers, conducting harassment investigations, supporting recruitment efforts, and training staff on Workday systems.
