Tracy Rader

Tracy Rader is currently the Director of Catalyst Success at GiANT Worldwide, where Tracy also holds the title of Director of Implementation and Speaking and Events Manager. Prior to their current role, Tracy was the Founder of First Steps In Worship, a curriculum company focusing on music-based teaching tools for babies to young children. Tracy graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Bachelors of Music Education.
