Lam Nguyễn's work experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Techcombank (TCB) and VNG Corporation starting in 2022. Prior to that, Lam worked at GIANTY Vietnam - Careers & Life as a Technical Lead & Developer, where they worked on projects such as the Gamba Platform and NFTs Cryptia Game. Lam also worked as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead & Developer at GNT Viet Nam - Careers & Life, where they contributed to projects including the Mandora Game and BNS Manga Story. In addition, Lam worked as a Software Engineer and Game Developer at GNT Viet Nam - Careers & Life, where they were involved in the development of projects such as the GAuth (SSO Authentication System) and the Battle real-time Load test tool.

Lam Nguyễn earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Université Bordeaux1, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018.
