Lawrence A. Goldman

Lawrence A. Goldman has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Lawrence A. began their career in 1979 as a Deputy Attorney General at the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety. Following this, they worked as an Associate and then Partner at Kirsten, Simon, Friedman, Allen, Cherin & Linken (and predecessors) from 1982 to 1989. Lawrence A. then joined Stryker, Tams & Dill as Counsel from 1989 to 1992. Since 1992, Lawrence has been with Gibbons P.C., where they currently hold the position of Director / Shareholder in the Corporate Practice Group. In this role, they have been actively involved in speaking engagements, moderating various programs, and writing publications on topics related to business law and securities regulations.
