Noel Hillman

Noel Hillman currently serves as the Director and Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group at Gibbons P.C. since March 2024. Prior experience includes a distinguished tenure as a Senior United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey from June 2006 to March 2024, and as Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from September 2001 to June 2006, among other roles in federal law enforcement and private practice. Noel Hillman holds advanced law degrees, including a Masters of Law in Judicial Studies from Duke University School of Law and a Masters of Law in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law, as well as a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law. Education also includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Monmouth University.
