Heather Winters

Heather Winters has been with Gibbs & Register, Inc. since 1991, starting as a Project Secretary/Receptionist and moving up the ranks to various roles including Estimator, Assistant Project Manager, and Office Manager. Currently, Heather serves as the Board Of Directors, Corporate Secretary, Human Resources Director, Risk Management, and Safety Director. Before their time at Gibbs & Register, Inc., Heather worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and Universal Studios in various roles. Heather holds educational backgrounds from Auburn University, Valencia College, and the University of North Florida.
