Kenneth A. is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Gibraltar Perimeter Security, LP since March 2023 and Co-Owner of The Blackbird Flies, an Austin-based family photography business since July 2016. Previous experience includes positions at ICON and Collins Aerospace, where Kenneth led the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Kenneth began the career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Martin Sprocket & Gear, resolving machining issues through CNC programming, and earlier worked in various CAD technician roles. Kenneth holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Texas State University, along with an Associate of Science in Mechanical Drafting and Design from Texas State Technical College Waco.
