Brock Squire

Brock Squire is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Gibson since September 2019, Brock focuses on system conversion, operational efficiency, carrier partnerships, and product and service innovation while holding the Leadership Team accountable for company goals. Previously, as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Gibson, Brock emphasized evaluating and implementing key strategic initiatives. From July 2013 to August 2019, Brock was Chief Operating Officer for Employee Benefits at Lockton Companies, overseeing operations for multiple P&Ls and successfully reducing turnover among top talent. Prior experience includes a role as National Practice Leader for Reporting & Analytics at Willis, where Brock developed a national reporting platform and contributed to significant client support initiatives. Brock began professional career as a Senior Associate at PwC following a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
