Laura Butler

Laura Butler is an accomplished Employee Benefits Practice Leader at Gibson, leveraging over 15 years of industry experience to advocate for innovation and operational efficiency while enhancing client experiences. Previously, Laura served as Vice President and Consultant at NFP and as Vice President at FirstPerson, where expert knowledge in employer health and well-being strategies contributed to creating healthier workplaces. Additional experience includes roles at the Wellness Council of Indiana, Principal Wellness Company, and the National Institute for Fitness and Sport, where Laura developed and managed wellness programs and initiatives. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Health, Laura’s diverse career is focused on fostering employee engagement and well-being.
