Santana Bozman, CPRIA, currently serves as the Talent Connection Manager at Gibson, a position held since January 2021, where there is a focus on innovation and collaboration. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Advisor and Risk Advisor within the Private Client Group, emphasizing client experience and financial security education. Santana is the Founder of Women in Business - After Hours, dedicated to empowering professional women and advancing gender equality. As a Board Member and Director of Community Outreach for Michiana Veg Fest, Santana promotes plant-based initiatives within the community. With a background in coaching, Santana has actively shaped the development of female athletes through various softball coaching roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Indiana University South Bend.
