Tim Leman

Tim Leman is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Gibson, a prominent employee-owned insurance broker, since December 2005. In addition to leading Gibson, Tim serves on the Board of Directors for Centier Bank and BCI Solutions, Inc., and holds a position on the Commercial Advisory Board of RecoveryOne. Tim is a member of the Board of Directors and a past Chapter Chair for YPO, the largest global leadership community of chief executives. As an author, Tim published "rEvolution: Turn Crisis Into Clarity and Ignite Growth," which has garnered praise from notable leaders. Tim also founded TJ Lake Rentals, specializing in vacation rentals in Southwest Michigan. Earlier in the career, Tim held senior roles at Willis and Aon following a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance & Risk Management from Indiana State University, where graduation was achieved with Magna Cum Laude honors.
