Katie Fulton

Katie completed her undergraduate degree and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh. Since qualifying in 2019, Katie has specialised in family law. She joined our Family Law team in November 2021.

Katie advises clients on all family law matters, including separation, divorce, cohabitation, child residence/contact issues, adoption, pre- and postnuptial agreements and surrogacy. She has experience in representing clients in the Sheriff Court and instructing Counsel in Court of Session actions.

Pragmatic and client focused, Katie works closely with clients to gain an understanding of each client’s individual circumstances and personal aims.
