Mei Hui Tan

Mei Hui Tan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at GIC since October 2014, Mei Hui has a background in significant legal transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and privatisation of companies. Prior roles include Associate Director at Drew & Napier LLC and Associate at WongPartnership LLP, where involvement in similar corporate actions and general legal advice was prominent. Mei Hui holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore and participated in an exchange programme at The Australian National University.
