Emily Gianetta

Emily E. Gianetta currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Voyager since 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Counsel and Associate at K&L Gates from 2016 to 2022, where work focused on intellectual property, competition, and antitrust claims, leading a team in complex commercial litigation. Prior to that, Gianetta was an Associate at Jones Day from 2014 to 2016, drafting appellate briefs and managing discovery processes. Experience also includes a law clerk position for the Honorable Chief Judge Eric T. Washington at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and a Summer Associate role at Jones Day. Educational qualifications consist of a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA from Tufts University, with studies in International Development Economics and Political Science.
