Neelesh Chandrakant Jadhav has a strong background in project and delivery management, with experience in the finance and investment industries. Neelesh began their career at Accenture in 2007 as an Analyst and Software Developer. Neelesh then moved on to Barclays Investment Bank in 2008, where they held the position of Project Manager and Asia Pacific Lead for Reference Data until 2016. In 2017, Jadhav joined GIC as a Project Manager-Business Analyst in the Private Markets Technology division. Neelesh later transitioned to the role of Lead Project Manager and Vice President for Investment Services Private Markets and Finance. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Product Manager and Vice President for Private Markets Solutions at GIC. In these positions, Jadhav has been responsible for various tasks such as project management, vendor management, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.

Neelesh Chandrakant Jadhav has a strong educational background in various fields. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Neelesh continued their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Applied Economics in 2017. In 2021, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Asset Management from the Wealth Management Institute (WMI). To further enhance their skills, Neelesh also participated in an Executive Development course in Product Management at the Singapore Management University in 2022. Additionally, they have acquired several industry certifications including SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master (SSM), Chartered Financial Analyst (Level 3), Associate's Certificate in Project Management, Lean Six-Sigma White Belt (Trainer), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
