Shirley Subagio

Shirley Subagio has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shirley is currently working at GIC as the Lead HR Business Partner (Corporate Services Cluster), where they oversee other corporate services departments as part of their portfolio. Prior to their current role, they served as the SVP Global HR Business Partner at GIC, responsible for the Investment Services Public Markets Group, Investment Services Private Markets Group, and the Legal and Compliance Department.

Before joining GIC, Shirley worked at Shell for several years. Shirley held the positions of HR Manager for Shell Energy Asia, Trading & Supply Operations East, HR Policy, Benefits & Services Manager, and Recruitment Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for policy development and implementation, assurance and compliance governance, HR shared services delivery, recruitment activities, and global recruitment strategy implementation.

Earlier in their career, Shirley worked at Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Associate, where they collaborated on search assignments across diverse industries in the Asia Pacific markets. Shirley also worked at Templar International Consultants as an Associate Director and Senior Consultant, and at Adecco SA as a Branch Manager.
