Ivan Skaro

Ivan Skaro has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ivan started their career in 2010 at Dundo Maroje d.o.o. as a Senior Accountant. In this role, they prepared and analyzed accounting records and financial statements, computed taxes, and provided financial advice. In 2012, they joined Farmeron as an Office Manager and later became the HR & Office Manager, overseeing office operations and managing human resources. In 2017, Ivan joined Gideon as the HR & Office Manager and then became the Operations Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Gideon, where they oversee various teams and activities, collaborates with senior management to formulate strategy, and ensures smooth business operations.
