Juraj Radic has a strong background in research and development, with experience in machine learning, quantitative research, and software development. Juraj began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Zagreb, where they studied the effects of disorder in quantum gases and partially-incoherent light. Juraj then went on to work as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, focusing on ultracold atoms and condensed matter theory. During this time, they also served as a Teaching Assistant. After their time at the university, they joined RGM Advisors, LLC as a Software Developer, where they developed machine learning tools and helped bring novel models into production. Most recently, they worked at DRW as a Quantitative Researcher, and they are currently working at Gideon Brothers as a Machine Learning Engineer.
Juraj Radic pursued their education in the field of Physics. Juraj started their academic journey at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they obtained a Master's Degree. Juraj'stime at this institution spanned from 2004 to 2010. Following this, Juraj Radic furthered their studies at the University of Maryland, beginning from 2010 and concluding in 2015. Finally, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics from the University of Maryland.
