Lani Urreta has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources and Business Analysis fields. Lani began their career in 1998 as an HR Administration at Wang. In 2001, they moved to Sprint Nextel as a Manager of Employee Services. In 2007, they joined Gideon Taylor Consulting as a Senior Business Analyst and eventually became the Business Analyst Manager. At Gideon Taylor Consulting, they helped clients revolutionize their business processes by providing innovative automation strategies, integration and custom development expertise, and electronic forms technology.
