Michał Ptaszek

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, established in July 2005, focusing on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and CTO at Share&Charge. Micha has also contributed as a Blockchain Advisory Board member for the IIB Council and as an advisor for PioneerVentures.io. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further studies in fintech at MIT, along with a Project Management Professional certification.
