Eduardo Martins Danyluk

Eduardo Martins Danyluk has extensive work experience in quality management. Eduardo started their career at Sofunge as an Administrative Assistant. Eduardo then worked at Martinrea Honsel Brasil Fundição e Comércio de Peças em Alumínio LTDA, where they held roles as Quality Analyst and later as Quality Supervisor/Coordinator. At Magal Ind. e Com. (actual Martinrea Honsel), they worked as a Quality Manager, leading a team and implementing control plans. Eduardo also worked at Kromberg & Schubert do Brasil as a Quality System Supervisor, managing the integrated management system and conducting audits. Eduardo then joined ITM Latin America Industria De Pecas Para Tractores Ltda as a Supervisor da Qualidade, responsible for managing quality inspectors and coordinating the ISO9001 and ISO14001 system. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Quality at Giesecke+Devrient.

Eduardo Martins Danyluk holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Quality and Productivity from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, which they completed from 2021 to 2022. Eduardo also earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the same university, completed from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they pursued an MBA in Management and Quality Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2008 to 2010. Eduardo obtained further certifications, including "Solving Business Problems," "Leading and Working in Teams," "Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals," and "Managing To-Do Lists" from Lynda.com in 2016. Eduardo also completed a course in Strategic Business Planning from Uninove in 2002-2003 and a Metallurgical Technician program from Senai São Paulo from 1994 to 1996.
