Maximilian Weber has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maximilian started their career at Bosch in 2003, where they held various roles such as Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager for the Power Tools division in Central Europe. In 2008, they became the Regional Country Director for Africa at Bosch Middle East, responsible for managing the Power Tool Corporation across the continent and developing distributor relationships. In 2013, they joined Giesecke+Devrient Currency Technology, where they served as the Regional Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa, focusing on sales of Currency Automation products and services to Central Banks. Maximilian was later promoted to Vice President Key Accounts for the MEA region. Throughout their career, Maximilian has demonstrated a strong track record in sales, business development, and brand management.

Maximilian Weber completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing and Innovation Management at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz from 1994 to 2002. Later, they pursued an Associate's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the Bosch Leadership development program between 2008 and 2012.
