Nicholas Billett has extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing industry. Nicholas began their career at United States Steel Corporation in 1992 as a Senior Designer. In 1997, they joined Diebold Nixdorf, where they held various roles such as Director of ATM Logical Security and Director of Global Software Development. Nicholas was promoted to Senior Director of Platform Software & ATM Security in 2013 and led a global team of 60+ engineers. In 2017, Billett joined Giesecke+Devrient as Vice President and Head of Competence Center in Toronto. In this role, they restructured the software product function, established a multi-functional product development business unit, and resolved customer satisfaction and product quality issues. Nicholas managed a global team and drove revenue gains through various channels.

Nicholas Billett completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at The University of Akron from 1982 to 1988. Nicholas has also obtained certifications in "Designing Growth Strategies," "Agile Project Management: Comparing Agile Tools," and "Agile Requirements Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2017.
