Carlotta Negri di Sanfront has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Media & Market Research Analyst at Peugeot in 2009. Carlotta then joined Vodafone Group, where they served as a Vodafone Graduate Programme participant before becoming a Mobile Data - Senior Propositions Manager and later a Mobile Data - Senior Product & Propositions Manager. At Vodafone, they were responsible for developing mobile data product strategies and propositions, as well as driving the successful uptake of Vodafone Apps and third-party content globally.

In 2016, Carlotta co-founded Boutique Artigianale, a curated marketplace that connects Italian artisans with consumers. Carlotta aimed to promote Italian hand-made fashion through this platform.

Following their entrepreneurial venture, they joined giffgaff in 2016 as an Ecommerce Manager - Mobile Acquisition and Phone Sales. Carlotta then progressed to become the Head of Growth, where they focused on shaping the SIM acquisition strategy, delivering "Iconic Experiences" for giffgaff members, and improving member experiences across various touch-points.

Currently, Carlotta holds the position of Chief Product & Design Officer at giffgaff, where they lead the transformation of business opportunities into product solutions and establishes relationships with board members and senior leaders to influence company strategy. Additionally, they aim to create a world-class Product Management department and uplift giffgaff as a truly product-driven company.

Carlotta Negri di Sanfront completed a Digital Marketing program at General Assembly in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a CEMS Master in International Management from Esade in 2009 and a Master of Science in International Management from Università Bocconi in 2009. In 2006, Carlotta participated in an Exchange Program at the Faculty of Management at McGill University. Carlotta also earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Università Bocconi in 2007. Additionally, Carlotta holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance and in Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance from Monash University.
