Gifford, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is a network of community health centers throughout central Vermont and the Upper Valley. Our locations include six primary care clinics, a Critical Access Hospital with a renowned Birthing Center, specialty clinics, and adult living communities. Gifford offers the perfect combination of family-centered care and advanced technology. It’s the medical center’s goal to offer each patient a medical home, where patients are comfortable receiving care and building long-lasting relationships with their caregivers.
