Elizabeth Shepherd

Elizabeth Shepherd is an experienced professional in project management and legislative support, currently serving as the Director of the Office of Gabby Giffords and previously holding the roles of Director of Scheduling and Special Projects at Giffords since April 2016. Prior to this, Elizabeth served as an Executive Assistant at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and held various positions including Scheduler and Press Aide at the U.S. House of Representatives. Elizabeth’s career began with research roles at the Virginia Center for Digital History and The Jonathan Edwards Center. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia, graduating in 2008, and completed secondary education at Episcopal High School.
