Nicole Evans has a long and varied work experience. Nicole began their career in 2011 as a Philanthropy Consultant and Founder, CEO of EyeAm, where they strategized return on human investments and valued people as real capital. Nicole also served as a Community Impact Strategist for ChampEyeAm Consulting (now known as EyeAm) in 2011. In 2013, they took on the role of Project Manager/Consultant for Portland State University. In 2014, they were Engagement Manager for "I Have a Dream" Oregon. In 2016, they became Public Involvement Strategist for TriMet. Most recently, they are the New Partnerships Manager for Gifts for Good, a role they have held since 2022.

Nicole Evans has a Master's degree in Social Work in Community Outreach, Policy and Analysis from the University of Southern California, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Nicole also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Howard University, which they earned from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Nicole has obtained two certifications from Traliant in June 2022: Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in Retail: US Employees V4.01 2022.
