Mirette Raafat

Mirette Raafat is an experienced HR professional with a focus on recruitment and human resources processes. Currently serving as Recruitment Supervisor at GIG Egypt Life Takaful since April 2019, Mirette is responsible for identifying hiring needs, developing job descriptions, attracting and assessing candidates, and ensuring effective enrollment in health and welfare plans. Previously, Mirette worked as an HR Coordinator at Profolio Consulting and as a Software Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruiting processes and collaborating with hiring managers. Mirette gained initial experience through trainee positions at Credit Agricole Egypt and holds a degree from Ain Shams University, complemented by further education at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
