Ifiok Utang has a background in customer service and sales, with experience in various industries including logistics, telecommunications, and renewable energy. Ifiok has also worked as a class teacher during their time in the National Youth Service Corps. Ifiok currently holds a role as a Supervisor and Customer Service Team Lead at GIG Logistics, where Ifiok is responsible for attending to customer complaints and ensuring top-notch customer service. In addition to their professional experience, Ifiok has completed a Higher National Diploma and National Diploma in Statistics from Akwa Ibom state polytechnic.
