Daniela Fahrenkrog

Daniela Fahrenkrog has several years of work experience in various roles within the energy industry. Daniela is currently the Business Development Director at GIGA Storage, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Commercial Lead NL at Shell Energy - Europe & Environmental Products from November 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Shell, Daniela worked at Vattenfall for over a decade. Daniela held the role of Lead Sustainable Deals BtB from March 2016 to March 2019, where they were responsible for creating and structuring energy-related proposals for off takers in the Dutch Energy transition. In addition, they worked as the Head of Green Certificates from January 2014 to February 2016, optimizing Vattenfall's green certificates portfolio and advising on market and regulatory developments. Previously, they served as an Originator for Vattenfall in the UK, exploring opportunities to optimize the asset and trading portfolio from August 2006 to December 2013.

In 2018, Daniela took a sabbatical in Chile, South America. Daniela also worked as a Product Manager at Nuon Business from October 2001 to July 2006 and as a Product Manager at Citigroup, Chile from January 2000 to July 2001.
