Zeljko Marcek

Zeljko Marcek is an experienced Human Resources leader currently serving as the Human Resources Director at GigaCloud since October 2022. Previously, Zeljko held significant roles including Member of the Board of Directors at JSC Ukrainian Railway from June 2016 to April 2020, where operational decision-making, sustainability initiatives, and comprehensive HR development were key responsibilities. Zeljko also served as HRD and Franchise Network Director at Нова пошта, Group HR Director at StarLightMedia, and HR Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at ЧАО «ДНЕПРОСПЕЦСТАЛЬ». Earlier career experience includes operations management at McDonald's, which involved managing large teams and multiple new restaurant openings. Zeljko holds a Master's degree in Economics from DOBA Business School.
