Meenal Agarwal

Meenal Agarwal has a strong background in product management, with over 20 years of experience in various roles in the telecommunications industry. Meenal is currently working as the Director of Product Management at Gigamon since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Product Management at Spirent Communications from October 2014 to November 2021, where they played a key role in developing and launching the company's 5G portfolio strategy for Service Assurance.

Before joining Spirent, Meenal worked at GENBAND from February 2008 to September 2014 as a Senior Product Line Manager, leading the product management and leadership for SaaS unified communications and collaboration applications. During their tenure, they received a technology leadership award from a Tier 1 service provider for their work on the IP Multimedia Subsystem strategy.

Meenal'searlier experience includes working at UTStarcom as a Technical Product Manager from March 1999 to December 2007, where they managed pre-sales and technical product management for next-generation network products. Meenal also represented the organization in standard bodies such as the IMS Forum.

Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Software Consultant at Lucent Technologies, a Development Manager at Network Programs India (Pvt.) Ltd., and a Technical Lead at Hughes Software Systems. Meenal started their career at the Center for Development of Telematics as a Co-ordinating Engineer/Research Engineer.

Throughout their career, Meenal has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of successfully launching and managing product portfolios in the telecommunications industry.

Meenal Agarwal obtained an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2020. Meenal also holds a B Tech degree in Computer Science from the Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. In July 2020, Meenal obtained an additional certification in Inquiry-Driven Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
