Nicholas was responsible for delivering the entire VMware software and services portfolio to Telecom Service Providers accounts across APJ. Under their leadership, the company achieved significant double digit sales growth in core and emerging products.
Before joining VMware, Nicholas held the position of General Manager at Telstra, where they led the Cloud business and was responsible for developing strategies, managing P&L, driving sales and marketing, and setting channel strategies. Nicholas achieved strong double digit growth by identifying new market opportunities and defining Telstra's hybrid cloud vision.
Earlier in their career, Nicholas served as a Client Manager at KAZ, where they led business development and service delivery for professional and managed services in the New South Wales region. Nicholas also worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture, leading business development and transformation programs for enterprise, government, and multinational customers.
Nicholas started their career as a Principal Consultant at Simbient and later became the Director at IT Media Solutions P/L.

Nicholas Gaul started their education in 1990 at TAFE NSW, where they pursued a Diploma of Electrical Engineering. Nicholas completed this program in 1994.
