Pradeep Sundaram

Pradeep Sundaram began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2003. Pradeep later joined Cisco Systems in 2006 as a Senior Engineer, and eventually became a Manager of Engineering. At Cisco, they built and led multiple small teams across various product lines, including the Cable Broadband Team. In 2015, Pradeep joined Technicolor as a Director of Engineering, where they had complete ownership of engineering work and deployment of high-end broadband/IoT gateway products. Pradeep successfully led the innovation transformation of the business unit's products into new markets. Currently, Pradeep is working at Gigamon as a Senior Manager, leading a team of engineers who release control/data plane features for Gigamon products. Pradeep has delivered customer-specific features and implemented quality best practices to improve stability and turnaround time.

Pradeep Sundaram completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, from 1999 to 2003. Pradeep then went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing and Product Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, in April 2013, Pradeep obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
