Angel Gonzalez is an experienced technical support professional specializing in Microsoft 365 solutions. Currently serving as a Microsoft M365 Concierge Spanish Support specialist at Gigmo Solutions since October 2021, Angel provides technical assistance to end-users, effectively diagnosing and resolving various software and configuration issues. Previously, Angel worked at Teleperformance as an MS Office 365 Concierge Support Engineer, where responsibilities included advanced troubleshooting and the configuration of Active Directory Synchronization to Exchange Online. Angel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Taxes from Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Occidentales 'Ezequiel Zamora' and an Associate Degree in Systems Analysis and Networks from Instituto Universitario de Tecnologia para la Informatica IUTEPI.
