Jonathan Kuhn

Jonathan Kuhn has a diverse work history spanning different industries. Jonathan currently works as a Support Lead at Gigs since December 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Stripe from 2014 to 2022, including Program Manager in Finance PMO, Controllership & Corporate Operations, and User Operations Technology. Jonathan also served as an EMEA Vendor Manager and Technical Account Manager in User Operations during this time. Before joining Stripe, they briefly worked as a Customer Experience and Trust & Safety Program Manager at WunderCar Mobility Solutions GmbH. In the past, they had roles at Fab.com as a Global Customer Service Trainer, Customer Service Team Lead, and Customer Service Agent. Jonathan started their career at COACD as an Account Director & Scout and at Kingman Ringer & Horne, P.S. as a Medical Malpractice File Clerk. Jonathan also had an internship role at Washington Mutual Card Services as a Highschool Intern/Teller. Prior to their professional career, Jonathan had acting experience at Empty Space Theater and Seattle Children's Theatre.

Jonathan Kuhn holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theater from Fordham University. Jonathan also has an Associate's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Shoreline Community College. In addition, they have obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certification from BridgeTEFL.
