David Kravitz has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 when they were a Customer Help specialist at TelstraClear. In 2007, they moved to Vodafone New Zealand as a Business Support Analyst. In 2008, they became a Facility Support Technician at Cliftons, where they provided servers and network support, building training environments up to clients requirements and troubleshooting hardware and software faults. In 2011, they became an Assistant Instructor at PADI. In 2016, they began working at Karma as a Co-Founder, building high-performance team cultures and setting goals, tracking performance and rewarding excellence on Slack, MS Teams and Telegram. David also worked at Gigster as a Lead Product Manager, connecting people with Silicon Valley based product managers and top 1% software developers from a vetted talent pool. Lastly, they worked at Electrolease LTD as an Innovator.

David Kravitz attended Far Eastern Law Institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law. In 2008, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certificate from Microsoft and in 2009, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certificate from Microsoft. In 2018, they attended Y Combinator's Advisory track, Startup School program.
