Gerardo Gonzalez

Gerardo Gonzalez has a wealth of experience in the IT and operations fields. Gerardo began their career in 1999 as an IT Senior Analyst and Technical Specialist at WorldCom. In 2003, they joined Philip Morris International, where they held various roles including Customer Service Manager, Sales Information Systems Manager, Project Manager for Procurement Systems, and Project Manager for Supply Chain and Order to Cash. From 2009 to 2011, they were an Advisor at Globec Consultores, and from 2011 to 2014, they were the Director of Program Management and Team Lead for Operations and Support at Trilogy. Gerardo then moved to Crossover for Work, where they held the position of Director of Operations from 2014 to 2021. Most recently, they joined Ionic Partners as the Vice President of Customer Support and Operations and Gigster as the Head of Network Operations.

Gerardo Gonzalez attended Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
