VP - Customer Success at Giift

Farah Sabbar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Farah began their career in 2009 as a Marketing Service Coordinator at Dubai First PJSC, where they were responsible for customer service support, loyalty platform management, and marketing support. Farah then moved on to Infinia Services and Solutions in 2013, working as a Relationship Manager and maintaining relationships with banking clients. Most recently, they joined Giift in 2018, starting as the Head of Account Management and later becoming the GCC - Managing Director. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Customer Success at Giift.

Farah Sabbar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Skyline University College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Planning at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, from 2017 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Farah Sabbar has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the CISI Professional Refresher courses on Anti-Money Laundering and the UK Bribery Act, offered by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. In 2017, they earned certifications in Lead Generation Foundations, Building Customer Loyalty, Customer Service: Creating Customer Value, and Key Account Management, all from LinkedIn.
