Britta Delaney-Buchanan

Britta Delaney-Buchanan has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Britta is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at G-III Apparel Group, where they develop and manages recruiting activities for the company's brands. Britta implements innovative recruiting strategies and handles the full recruitment cycle. Britta also builds and maintains a network of potential candidates through various sourcing strategies.

Prior to their current role, Britta held various positions at Perry Ellis International. Britta started as a Recruiting Manager in 2005 and steadily grew in responsibility, eventually becoming the Senior Director of Recruitment for New York and the West Coast. In this role, they were responsible for acquiring top-level talent through full-cycle recruitment for major brands under the Perry Ellis umbrella.

Before joining Perry Ellis International, Britta had additional roles at various prominent organizations.

Britta Delaney-Buchanan attended Roger Williams University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major subjects were English Literature and Creative Writing.
