Makhosonke Matshoba

Makhosonke Matshoba has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as an ESM Specialist at Gijima since December 2019, with a focus on CA Service Desk process design, implementation, and administration. Prior to this role, Matshoba worked at T-Systems SA in the same capacity from 2010 to November 2019, and at arivia.kom from August 1997 to December 2009, where responsibilities included CA Service Desk implementation and administration, BusinessObjects BI solutions, support solutions, service management workflow design, and ITIL integration. Matshoba began a career in IT at Datavia (Transnet) as an Operator, handling IT call management and troubleshooting.
