Wendy van Deventer

Wendy van Deventer possesses extensive experience in service delivery and account management, primarily within the Heineken Global Services Account at Gijima since April 2021 and previously at T-Systems South Africa from May 2006 to March 2021. Wendy has consistently ensured stable services across multiple international teams, meeting quality and cost requirements while driving operational excellence. Responsibilities have included managing client relationships, contracts, and service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate revenue growth. Prior roles included leadership positions in messaging and collaboration services, software distribution, and service desk coordination, alongside early experience as a mainframe programmer and human resources personnel administrator at Sanlam. Wendy holds a Matric qualification from The Settlers High School.
