Ron Green

Ron Green has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Ron started their career as an RN at Gila Regional Medical Center in 1995, where they held various roles including Director of Infection Control and Employee Health and Director of the Mental Health Unit. Ron also worked as a House Supervisor, Hospice, ICU, and Med-Surg Nurse at the same facility. From 2009 to 2012, Ron worked as the Chief Accountant at New Tribes Mission, where they managed financial operations and ensured compliance with government reporting. Ron then joined the TN Department of Health as a Nursing Supervisor RN in 2012. In this role, they implemented LEAN teams and strategic planning to improve clinic efficiency and decrease costs. Ron joined Blount Memorial Hospital as an RN in 2018 before returning to Gila Regional Medical Center in 2019 as the Director of Clinic Operations.

Ron Green attended Western New Mexico University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained an Associates degree in Registered Nursing. Ron later returned to Western New Mexico University in 2000 and completed a Bachelor of Academic Studies degree in Accounting in 2001.
