Nathan Lamberth

Nathan Lamberth currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services at Gila River Health Care since June 2025, bringing extensive experience in behavioral health leadership. Previously, Nathan held the position of Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Sun Life Health from November 2022 to June 2025, and prior to that, served as Integrated Clinical Site Director at Terros Health from May 2019 to November 2022. Nathan’s career includes roles such as Senior Director of Family Services at Terros and Clinical Care Director at Southwest Network, where significant contributions were made in improving access to mental health services. Nathan's expertise also includes clinical oversight in various settings, including adolescents and substance abuse treatment programs, underscoring a commitment to enhancing community well-being through effective behavioral health services. Nathan earned an MAMFC degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from 2001 to 2003.
