Steven Finkle

Steven Finkle has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Food and Beverage Director and Multi Unit General Manager at Gila River Hotels & Casinos since February 2010, and Multi Unit General Manager at Ovations Food Services, LP since February 2011. Prior to these roles, Steven was the General Manager at Tomatoes & A Mozzarella from January 2008 to January 2009, where responsibilities included opening a new location and designing its kitchen, dining area, and bar, as well as hiring and training staff.
