Carlos also held the role of Operations Manager for Special Events & Banquets at Disneyland Resort from April 2000 to February 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing a major resort's food operations and participating in the opening of Tokyo Disney Seas. Education was obtained at Skadron Business School from 1981 to 1983.
