Carlos Acosta

Carlos Acosta currently serves as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Troon Golf, a position held since March 2012. Previously, Carlos was the Director of Food and Beverage at Hilton Anaheim from July 2008 to January 2012, managing operations for Southern California’s largest hotel with significant revenue achievements. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Mission Inn Hotel & Spa from 2006 to 2008, where Carlos oversaw a division with annual revenues of $19 million and played a key role in opening an Italian bistro. Carlos also held the role of Operations Manager for Special Events & Banquets at Disneyland Resort from April 2000 to February 2006, where responsibilities included overseeing a major resort's food operations and participating in the opening of Tokyo Disney Seas. Education was obtained at Skadron Business School from 1981 to 1983.
