Neomi Guevara Martinez, MPA, has over two decades of experience in finance and operations, primarily with the Gila River Indian Community since July 2004, where roles have included Assistant Finance Director - Operations, Financial Manager, Financial Analyst, Program Accountant, and Office Manager. Prior experience includes a position in finance at Corrections Corporation of America from 1999 to 2004. Educational credentials consist of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Northern Arizona University (2006-2008), a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution (2004-2006), and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Central Arizona College (1996-1999).
