Joaquin N. Bello

Joaquin N. Bello, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Comptroller Finance Operations Department at Juan Fernandez-Barquin, Esq., Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court and Comptroller, managing a team in providing support for PeopleSoft Financials Applications across Miami-Dade County. Previously, Joaquin held the position of Division Director for Finance Business Solutions at Miami-Dade County, leading the PeopleSoft FSCM Implementation. Joaquin has a wealth of experience as an independent consultant specializing in PeopleSoft Financials and related applications, and has held various leadership roles in financial systems and reporting at organizations like ILG, Interval International, and Florida International University. Joaquin began a career in accounting and consulting with extensive experience in business valuations and forensic accounting at firms such as Kaufman Rossin and AFC GROUP, and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida International University.
