Jay Pendergrass

Jay Pendergrass is the Vice President at Gilbane. Jay has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Jay started their career as a business coordinator at H.J. Gruy and Associates, Inc. in October 1993. Jay held this position for five years until they left the company in September 1998.

Jay Pendergrass attended the University of Houston where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Jay is certified as a Lean Practitioner from Gilbane University and as a LEED AP BD+C - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Building Design + Construction from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). Jay has also completed executive education programs at UC Berkeley and Babson College.
