John Stephenson

John Stephenson is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company since April 2024, John previously held the position of Construction Manager at Related Group from March 2023 to March 2024. John’s earlier roles include Project Manager at Batson-Cook Construction (January 2020 - March 2023) and at Gilbane Building Company (March 2013 - January 2020), as well as a Senior Project Engineer at Gilbane. John began the career as a Construction Administrator at Stanley Beaman & Sears from August 2010 to March 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Building Construction & Facility Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Georgia.
